The Demers Group supports individuals, groups, and organizations to "Remember who they are, discover what they love, and be true to themselves." We do this through masterful leadership coaching, training highly competent coaches, teams, and groups in organizations. Core Alignment is our founding principal.
Our Philosophy
“We have inherited a very powerful ‘language of lack’ in our organizations, communities and families so we think and speak about what is wrong, who is to blame, how can we hope to fix it to avoid making the same mistakes. The focus has become on what is ‘not working’. A garden will not flourish by watering the weeds! “
We believe that where people get their personal power from is the work of remembering who you are discovering what you love and being true to yourself. We believe that what you put your attention on will grow. We believe that when people take responsibility for the difference they are here to make, have the philosophies, tools and process to make that difference their contribution will be realized in all areas of life.
Our Team
The individual coaches and trainers of the Demers Group are people who live by and apply the principals and philosophies of Core Alignment. Each team member has the experience, training and desire it takes to be extraordinary coaches, facilitators and trainers.
Lori-Anne Demers

Vision & Mission: Walk with individuals and groups to support them in remembering who they are, discovering what they love, and being true to themselves on behalf of the greater good.
Lori-anne is the founder of the Core Alignment Pathway of public and corporate programs as well as a transformative coach and trainer who works with leaders in organizations and communities. She coaches CEOs, senior-level executives, and leaders in both private and public sectors around their vision, leadership, legacies, and corporate culture. She also facilitates Personal Power and trains others to facilitate this life-transforming program.
Jennifer Pretious Koh, CPC, RYT

Vision & Mission: Awakened, liberated, and thriving communities in a joyful world.
Jenn is an awakener, supporting individuals and organizations to awaken to new possibilities and discover the gems of opportunity and growth in challenge and change. For over 20 years she has partnered with clients across diverse industries in public and private sectors through transformational leadership, organizational development, and as a change and resilience consultant. She is a certified professional coach and yoga, breathwork and meditation instructor. Jenn believes in the power of self-mastery and personal resilience practices as key to grounded, joyful and servant leadership.
Sonal Kavia, MEd, CYT
She/Her - South Asian Lineage
Essence: Tender-Hearted Radiance
Vision & Mission: Flourishing and connected communities of people who are centered in peace and who embody radiant presence.
Sonal is a consultant and speaker who has facilitated personal and professional development for educators and leadership teams in school systems. She has collaborated with university initiatives and worked closely with non-profit organizations. Sonal is certified to facilitate trauma-sensitive mindfulness meditation and yoga. Her leadership studies include training with Margaret Wheatley and the Presencing Institute. She is currently completing her leadership coaching certification.
Devaiya Ra, CPC, PMBA, RYT

Vision & Mission: Healing and transformation on behalf of letting go for the greater good.
Devaiya is a certified professional coach and leadership consultant who activates, disrupts, and accelerates the creative process required for entrepreneurs and leaders to be successful in today’s evolving world. A certified coach, group facilitator, and performance artist, Devaiya holds the vision to ‘create change together’ in the world. His purpose is to help others live their purpose. He has over 15 years of experience in online business, coaching, leadership facilitation, transformational work, and creative expression.
