In the workplace, this allows for the emergence of organizations that are artful in the understanding of human diversity and strategic in their approach to growth and longevity.

We are an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited professional coach training organization, The Demers Group has tailored this intensive, directed training to incorporate the key components necessary to build a sustainable coaching culture within the workplace. The Demers Group’s focus has always been on the power of coaching and coach training. Lori-anne Demers, Master Certified Coach, is the visionary and lead developer of the Core Alignment Professional Coach Training. She has been part of the design and certification of the professional coach training curriculum for Royal Roads University and Erickson College. She brings these essentials combined with years of successful corporate coaching to this program. Joining her is a team of skilled coaches and facilitators, all graduates of her programs, with
extensive experience and abilities in the training environment.

OUR APPROACH

This program will utilize a four step approach to ensure successfully integrated outcomes. Each component can be timed and tailored to the organizations needs.

1) THE POWER TO COACH • 2 Days
The focus in Module I is on the individual. Through structured dialogue and powerful individual and interactive exercises, participants explore their unique strengths and contributions and witness others doing the same. These unique and leading edge Demers Group processes position individuals and teams to create powerful organizational cultures. We believe organizations cannot effectively build team and culture unless individuals truly know
themselves and their team members.

2) DISTANCE LEARNING • 1 Month

Two one hour on-line learning sessions will broaden and embed the on-site learning. Learners will create their personal vision and mission as it relates to their work environment.
3) COACH TRAINING • 2 Days
Module 2 presents an effective approach to organizational coach training. We explore powerful conversations, using the principles of coaching and the philosophy of Appreciative Inquiry. This creates a safe environment for
practice, learning and growth. Coaching cultures in corporate environments characterize an enviable, energized
work place. Participants in Module 2 will learn the fundamental principles of how to create an empowered and engaged team through an appreciative approach for leadership and communication. People will learn how to identify goals to success and support staff and peers to achieve breakthrough performance paths. Furthermore, participants will deepen their knowledge and application of superior communication strategies.
4) DISTANCE LEARNING • 3 Months
The participants will be invited to identify a breakthrough project, a piece of work with which they can take the lessons learned back into their workplace. A breakthrough project consists of something they are already engaged in and want to expand, do better or differently. Participants will then coach each other over the next three months
on fulfilling on their breakthrough project. They will stand in their personal power and apply the tools and philosophies of coaching to truly integrate their learning.
